A masterclass on a fundamental concept of the program, after which I will be able to download practical sheets.

The lessons are published very gradually, allowing time to integrate and apply the instructions.

#2 - Intensive coaching sessions on Zoom with other participants

To help me cope with real-life situations, I participate in a weekly group coaching session on Zoom.

It's really during these sessions that the magic happens, both when Lauren advises us on our own case and when the other participants share their situation.

Session times vary and are set according to everyone's availability.
