Consultation Description 

First Consultation: PAUSE
Duration: 1 hour

A therapeutic, compassionate, and attentive session focused entirely on you — your habits, your eating patterns, and your concerns.
I assess your physical and mental health, current emotions, lifestyle, and motivations.
I also evaluate your eating behavior profile.

Goal: Understand your personal functioning and obstacles, and identify the root causes of any imbalances — together.
You’ll leave the session with more energy and a clear vision of your objectives.

 

Second Consultation: ACTION
Duration: 1 hour

I present your comprehensive analysis along with a personalized, simple, and realistic action plan tailored to your real-life routine.

Your plan includes:

  • A flexible, customized nutrition program adapted to you, your schedule, rhythm, and metabolism

  • Natural prescriptions: superfoods, essential oils, and supplements as needed

  • Practical guidance sheets

Total Duration: 2 sessions of 1 hour each
Available in-person or via Zoom 
In-person only for children and adolescent
