Biography
At the age of 15, my daily life was turned upside down by the onset of frequent focal epileptic seizures. Caught between heavy treatments that didn’t work and the prospect of brain surgery, I had to find another way.
Without ever abandoning my medical follow-ups, I explored complementary medicine. Naturopathy helped me reduce the frequency of the seizures and, above all, taught me a fundamental principle of healing: physical health and mental health are inseparable.
To this day, the seizures still pay me the occasional visit. I will live with medication and its side effects all my life, but the discipline I must maintain has been transformed into strength and well-being.
Looking back, my illness has given me the opportunity to cultivate the joy of taking care of myself and my body.

Becoming a mother sparked my passion for pediatric nutrition.
I deeply believe in the principle of the mirror child; their behavior is a reflection of our own.
This is also one of the reasons why I like to take care of my health and inner peace; it's also for the love of my life.
