COOKING WORKSHOP

Children

Welcome to the Gourmet travel around the world !

I created cooking workshops featuring several sessions to cover essential nutrition topics.

Designed to spark children’s culinary curiosity and teach them the foundations of healthy eating, these workshops are both

educational and fun.

These are wonderful moments of interaction where children find answers to their questions while discovering the joy of cooking and the pleasure of eating well. 

Description 

Chop, crumble, roll, handle, mix, assemble.

Using simple tools and techniques, these workshops allow your child to express their creativity.

Each session combines educational activities with cooking, so children learn while having fun.

It is a moment of discovery, playful learning, and flavor.

Your child will leave with a practical guide and their chef’s apron.

Additional Information

All necessary materials are included: ingredients, kitchen utensils, and aprons.

Montessori kitchen tools.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Age: 6–8 years old

Price: 120 NIS per workshop

Gourmand Snacks

On the menu: Fragrant fruit salad and mini chocolate croissants

Learning objective: to understand the difference between good and bad sugar.

Chef objective: to cut the fruit, roll it up, and discover the joys of cooking.

Bonus activity: a guessing game about the origin of all the ingredients used.

On the Menu: omelette wrap with fresh veggies, and muffin 

Educational Objective: Understand the food pyramid and learn how to build a balanced meal.

Fun Objective: Handle ingredients, taste, and observe how each food contributes to overall balance.

ITALIAN pizza

On the Menu: Personalized mini pizzas.

Educational Objective: learn about the origin of foods and the journey from nature to the plate.

Chef Objective: create their own pizza while discovering where each ingredient comes from.

FRENCH sweets delight 

On the Menu: Apple tartlets.

Educational Objective: Learn to distinguish between natural and added sugars, and understand the health risks of excess sugar.

Chef Objective: Make an healthy and delicious fruit-based dessert.

Bonus Activity:“Everyday or Special Occasion?” game 
 

ASIAN flavors

On the Menu: Sushi and vegetable spring rolls with homemade sauce.

Educational Objective: Discover basic tastes and new flavors, and learn how to combine them.

Chef Objective: taste, compare, mix, and create your own sauce.

Bonus Activity: Blind tasting game

The way each topic is presented will be age-appropriate and can be customized upon request.
