I worked for nearly six years in the natural cosmetics industry as a marketing manager.
I also collaborated with PileJe Pharmaceutical Laboratories in the commercial development of nutritional supplements.
Today, I lead workshops at the Tel Aviv City Hall as well as in various French-speaking institutes.

Biography
From the age of 15, I faced frequent epileptic seizures.
Monitored by leading neurology professors, the unanimous diagnosis was clear: surgery was the ultimate solution.
Caught between the heavy side effects of treatment and the fear of brain surgery, I searched for alternative approaches , without stopping my medication.
It was then that I truly understood the impact of our emotions on our health and the importance of nutrition for overall well-being.
A diet tailored to my nutritional needs, emotional management, good mental health, and complementary therapies — including naturopathy — helped me significantly reduce the frequency of seizures and find my own balance.
I will remain on medication for life, but looking back, I see that my condition gave me the chance to learn to pause and take care of myself from a young age, and that is a true gift.

My experience, knowledge, and expertise have allowed me to develop a wide range of tools designed to help you adopt a new routine that will improve your overall quality of life.
Becoming a mother led me to focus more closely on pediatric nutrition and how children understand it.
I love listening, helping, and teaching, working with children brings me immense joy.
Today, my health and inner calm are my top priorities, as they reflect the well-being of my daughter.
I have the privilege of teaching her the power of small habits: eating balanced meals, staying healthy, being calm, and above all, happy.
Every beautiful moment in life reminds me that I must lead by example, our children are mirrors of ourselves.
