Life in the 21st century is leading us toward enriched and ready-made foods, which are increasingly processed. Fats, sugars, colorings, preservatives, and pesticides are increasingly present on our plates, pathologies are multiplying, and obesity rates are rising worldwide.

It has now been proven that all health problems can be largely avoided by our diet, including chronic problems such as ulcers, insomnia, migraines, cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, and cardiovascular problems.

The consequences of nutrition on our health and balance are very real, eating well is the key to preserving ourselves and thus avoiding many diseases.

Eating well is no longer a fad; it has become vital.
