My approach
I work at the crossroads of nutrition, naturopathy, and mental health to help you restore your balance in your life.
My approach is built on three key pillars:
1-Listen, don’t control
We start by calming the mind to regain strength and relearn how to eat in tune with your hunger, satiety, and personal tastes.
2- Understand before acting
Every story is unique.
Together, we explore your habits, diet, behaviors, sleep patterns, and emotional relationship with food.
The goal: lasting, sustainable change.
3- Rebalance without overload
We move at your pace, with no pressure and no perfection required.
I provide simple, realistic tools to help you regain energy and freedom with food.
Don’t face your journey alone,
I’m here to listen and support you.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is healthy eating really that complicated?
Not at all.
Healthy eating is all about quality, quantity, and variety:
eat local, balanced meals — and above all, with pleasure.
Think 80% healthy food, 20% indulgence. That’s it.
And most importantly — stop stressing over diets.
How does your weight loss method work?
My method revolves around three essential and complementary pillars:
-
Dietary — what you eat
-
Behavioral — how and when you eat
-
Emotional — why you eat
It’s this holistic, therapeutic approach that makes all the difference in the long run.
Another key to success? Patience!
What if I can’t do it?
You’re not weak — you’re simply exhausted from trying to control everything.
It’s not a lack of willpower, it’s low energy.
My role is to help you stop struggling alone, and bring clarity, calm, and structure back into your life.
We move forward step by step, no perfection required — only kindness and clarity.
What’s the “best” healthy diet?
There isn’t one.
If I had to pick a model, it would be the Mediterranean way of eating:
fruits, vegetables, legumes, fish, olive oil — and pleasure.
The real secret? Eat a little bit of everything, stop before feeling full, and savor every bite.
I define true balance as eating like a child: eat what you love when you’re hungry, and stop when you’re full.
What exactly is naturopathy?
A natural approach aimed at preserving and restoring the body and mind’s overall balance.
With years of experience, I’ve developed a wide range of tools tailored to your needs:
nutrition rebalancing, essential oils, dietary supplements, batch cooking, and mindset exercises.
The goal: bring your body and mind back into harmony.
What about childhood overweight?
This is something I take very seriously, and I see it as a collective responsibility.
An overweight child can often grow into a complex, fatigued adult.
Genetics play a role, of course, but the habits and education we provide to our children heavily influence their future weight.
