L'arrivée de la quarantaine, ajoutée au Corona, j'ai moi même dû ré-organiser ma vie.
Maman célibataire comblée mais fatiguée, thérapeute ravie mais frustrée du travail via Zoom, le confinement a eu des conséquences sur mon quotidien.
La vie a repris petit à petit son cours et c'est ainsi que cette période difficile m'aura finalement permis de passer par des petites phases d'introspection et de ré-équilibrage.
Je me suis demandé comment je pouvais mettre à profit toutes ces années d’expérience.
La réponse a été sans équivoque: créer une méthode unique en regroupant les 3 éléments de mon travail et de ma réussite pour mincir durablement :

You will learn how to create a daily routine through live lessons and practical exercises:
Each lesson lasts 30 minutes and presents a concept from the program ( meal organization, stress management , sleep , etc. ) + challenges to set up immediately.
Classes take place once a week, after which you can download practical sheets

#2 - Des séances de coaching intensif sur Zoom avec les autres participantes
To help you cope with real-life situations, you'll participate in a weekly group coaching session on Zoom.
It's really during these sessions that the magic happens, both when I advise you on your case and when the other Drivers share their situation.
Session times vary and are set according to everyone's availability.
