Minceur: pourquoi les régimes ne fonctionnent pas. Ancre 1 Lose weight without dieting lose weight sustainably Weight loss All restrictive diets have a limited effect over time; you will regain the weight you lost, and often gain more. This is the famous yo-yo effect. Why Diets Don't Work You can lose weight by dieting, but food prohibitions and restrictions will lead you to failure and loss of control. When you diet, you live in a state of cognitive restriction. This means that you constantly monitor your diet in a more or less obsessive manner, seeking to eliminate high-calorie foods without even considering your desires and food sensations (hunger, appetite, satiety, fullness). You deprive yourself of what you really want, you eat when you don't want to. But this control often cannot be maintained indefinitely; the moment comes when you crack, when you eat everything you have forbidden yourself, and often in large quantities.

Mindful eating: why eat mindfully Weight loss When you eat, are you fully aware that you are eating and what is in your mouth? We often forget to take the time and end up eating in front of our computer, with our phone, in the street or in our car. Mindful Eating teaches us to be in the present moment, to allow ourselves to eat and to stop eating when we decide to. Mindfulness, a solution for losing weight Mindful eating to rediscover pleasure and stop automatic reactions, that is to say, paying attention without any judgment to the present moment. "Do I eat out of hunger?" " Am I compensating ?" We no longer try to avoid our thoughts and emotions because we are aware of them; now we observe them. We can then begin to decide what we eat and control emotional cravings. Mindful eating allows you to pay attention to the taste of what you're eating, to the onset of gustatory satiation, that is, the end of the pleasure of eating. It also helps you better feel satiety , which is equivalent to the disappearance of hunger. Stopping eating when you're no longer hungry is the perfect recipe for lasting weight loss. Eat listening to your body and no one else Mindful eating allows you to feel how your body works without judgment and to be more in tune with your emotions. Just like when we were still small children and we still had an instinctive relationship with food; up to the age of 4, a child knows when they are hungry and when they have had enough to eat. However, as we grow up, food no longer serves only as fuel, but also to soothe, distract, reward, and even punish... The frank and direct relationship that once existed with our meals is disrupted by eating habits transmitted by social rules, our environment, and those close to us. We now eat with our minds to the detriment of our sensations. What a pity... • L'équilibre alimentaire | laurenazoulay.com

Alimentation santé : l'équilibre alimentaire The point on dietary balance Healthy eating Organic, gluten-free, no added sugar, light, enriched with vitamins, pear flavored... Dietary recommendations, dictates of thinness, dietary perfectionism, we no longer know what "healthy" thing to do. What is a balanced diet? Eating well means adopting a varied and balanced diet, that is to say eating everything but in different quantities. That's why there are no forbidden foods or miracle foods. It's all a matter of choice and quantity. Thus, a festive meal can be offset with lighter, more balanced meals later. All food categories should be part of our lives, favoring certain ones but without excluding or demonizing any. There are 7 food families: drinks, sources of minerals, including water, the only thing essential for life. Fruits and vegetables, rich in fiber and vitamins, should be consumed at least 5 portions per day. Sugars or starches, such as bread, cereals (wheat, rice, quinoa) and legumes (lentils, dried beans). You need a portion at each meal for energy. Whole grain foods, which are richer in fiber, are preferred because they prevent cravings between meals and therefore snacking. les produits laitiers.

The importance of our emotions in our food Weight loss Food fulfills three main functions: nutritional, socio-cultural and hedonic (the pleasure of eating). Eating engages almost all of our senses: sight, of course, taste, and also smell and touch. In reality, we eat everything with our brains, especially our thoughts and emotions. CHRONICLES Contact me

Psychologie bien être Positive psychology Well-being psychology Positive psychology can be defined as the science of happiness. Its aim is to answer the following questions: "What is happiness?", "How can we achieve it?" and "What are the elements that really contribute to it?" Formalized by Dr. Martin Seligman and Dr. Christopher Peterson, the two doctors started from a simple observation: traditional psychology focuses essentially on what is wrong with a human being. They took the opposite approach by seeking to know what is right with the person and why rather than seeking to know what is wrong.
